Are your trading card packs and boxes factory sealed?
Yes, all products sold at OneStopTCG are 100% authentic and sourced directly from official distributors. Every booster pack, elite trainer box, and booster box is guaranteed to be factory sealed and untampered with.
How do you ensure cards aren't damaged during shipping?
We take collector-grade precautions. All single cards are shipped in sleeves and top-loaders, while sealed boxes are wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes to prevent corner dings or crushed packaging.
What is your return policy for TCG products?
Due to the volatile nature of the TCG market and the risk of tampering, we do not accept returns on opened products. Unopened, factory-sealed items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
How long does shipping take?
